Aluminum extrusions are available in two formats. One is a group of rigid profiles made from the highest quality 6063 alloy with a T5 temper. These are used for all straight pieces and panel lock profiles. All radius pieces and corners are made from the same 6063 alloy but a softer T4 temper which allows the profiles to be preformed in our production facility to fit all current pool shapes. We also have the capability to produce custom radii and angles.
