Description
2-PART SCRATCH KOTE is a high polymer modified cement bond coating that forms a hard, rough textured bonding surface. It is sold as a “UNIT”, consisting of a 5-gallon pail of a premium resin, “Liquid Catalyst” and (2) 65-lb bags of specially blended cement mixture. It is used in applications such as pool refinishing, tile installation. below grade waterproofing, fountain waterproofing, preparation for decorative concrete overlays and more. 2-PART SCRATCH KOTE provides an ideal surface to which new materials will firmly bond by both mechanical and chemical means.
